Hi, I'm Ymar Frenken. I'm a Managing Consultant who helps organizations fix and improve their revenue operations using Salesforce.

I design end-to-end solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud that connect teams, streamline processes, and give full visibility into the customer journey. My work focuses on making Salesforce useful—not just technically correct, but actually helpful for the people using it day to day.

That means breaking down silos, removing friction, and building a system that supports how your business really works. From automating sales steps and improving handovers to enabling accurate forecasting and pipeline management, I help companies turn Salesforce into a tool for growth—not just another platform to maintain.

I work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals. That includes setting up processes that scale, surfacing the right data at the right time, and helping teams create better customer experiences across the entire lifecycle—from first contact to long-term support.

My goal is to help clients use Salesforce in a way that drives results: faster deals, better service, stronger retention, and more predictable growth.
